- Working as Core Technical Team member taking the responsibilities to design, implement and maintain the IT Infra and equipment.

- Active Network: Implemented Cisco’s Nexus 5672 as Core along with fabric extenders c2348TQ & c2348TP-E & c2960X on access at Head Office. In bureaus c3850 as Core Switch and c2960X as access layer.
- Wireless: Designed and implemented high throughput wireless network using Unify-AP AC-LR with Unify Controller.
- Security: Maintaining Sophos XG 210 Firewall at Islamabad, FortiGate 300E bundle in High availability mode at Head Office Lahore.
- VMware: Configuration and maintenance of ESXI 6.5
- VOIP: Implementation of Elastix PBX with Cisco, Fanvil and Grand Stream IP Phones.
- Monitoring: Monitoring whole network performance through PRTG, Cacti, Dude & FortiAnalyzer.
- Co-ordination: Speaking with TAC via email and phone for troubleshooting Upstream issues.

- Monitor all Network devices and windows server-based infrastructure to check if they are functioning properly, using Solar Winds-Orion NMS, Ping Plotter, Syslog Server & Cacti.
- Monitoring network health, activity and capacity generating alerts and minimizing down time using Cacti, PRTG and Dude to ensure business continued and network performance.
- Produce periodic reports about the network activities, network performance and capacity.
- Complete Network Reporting, documentation and Project proposals.
